A recipe that traditionally allowed us not to waste the last tomatoes, which for meteorological reasons would never have come to maturity: an oil that has nothing to envy to the most common “classics”, and that indeed adds a tone of novelty to our Appetizers. The distinctly sour taste also makes it a great accompaniment to the boiled.
