This is a bittersweet sauce typical of anglosaxon gastronomy, borrowed from Asian chutneys. Spicy and tasty, it is the ideal dressing for chips and hot dogs but it can also be tried with boiled and grilled meats.
Yellow version available too, made of sweet yellow cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients: cherry tomatoes (red or yellow), raw cane sugar, white vinegar (sulphites), onion, evo oil, garlic, salt, chilli, ginger, cinnamon
