This product consists of the classical aubergines julienne style cut and soused with organic white vinegar for a few hours. Then they are dripped, seasoned and canned by hand. Exclusively organic extra virgin olive oil added. Tasty and spicy, they can be served as a good appetizer or as a dressing sauce for stuffed sandwiches (vegetarians, as well) or in pasta salads.
